A few weeks ago I was invited onto a video panel interview with three other phenomenal authors including Matt Jones, Matt Rhoades, and ETIENNE (a.k.a. The Rockstar Teacher). In this video, we answered nuts and bolts questions about how to start the writing process, how to keep the momentum going, and how to get into publishing. I recently interviewed with Laurie and Matt Jones of the Teacher Saves World podcast. We discussed the topic of time management and what that looks like during Covid. We covered a lot! To name just a few we discussed virtual accountability buddies, virtual learning preparing students for the workforce, delegating virtual responsibilities, and making teachers’ lives just a bit easier during distance learning.

As we start to close down our virtual classrooms and head into summer this article by Larry Ferlazzo is every so important. I was invited to contribute to this much needed article highlighting the importance of relationships. As we head into summer and start thinking about next year, there are things we can do to proactively set ourselves up to be ready to have strong relationships with that enhance the learning, decrease disruptive behaviors, and overall give you more time to teach in a classroom. I wanted to take a second to talk about my second book Real Talk About Time Management: 35 Best Practice for Educators. For this book, I worked in collaboration with Dr. Edward DeRoche. So, who is Ed and why did decide to collaborate? Let me explain.
